Project inquiries

The form asks for your name, email, service and project description. Organization, website, phone, goals, timing, investment, references and agency details are optional. We use this information to understand your project, respond and manage our working relationship. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Inquiries and notification status are stored privately in Cloudflare D1 through Sites. Only the authorized owner can use the inquiry dashboard, exports and backups. A saved inquiry remains available even if its notification email fails.

Hosting, email and backups

Sites and Cloudflare Workers serve this website. Cloudflare R2 stores media and private database snapshots. Resend sends inquiry notifications containing submitted contact and project details to our Zoho-hosted business mailbox, with your email as Reply-To. Notifications normally send after the inquiry is saved. A separately authorized automated task retries eligible failed notifications and saves a private database snapshot each day. Healthchecks.io monitors completion and emails the owner if an operation fails or stops reporting. The monitor receives completion signals only, not inquiry contents or database backups. Resend privacy information.

Private snapshots and downloaded exports may contain inquiry details. They are restricted to the owner and are not public website assets.

Website security

Cloudflare processes connection and request information to help protect and deliver the website. The former SharkGate Worker routes are not used to process requests to this website. Security processing is separate from optional website measurement.

Measurement and preferences

No external analytics provider is enabled. Privacy preferences do not prevent you from submitting an inquiry. If you choose optional measurement, coarse session-only source categories and recognized page paths can accompany the saved inquiry. This attribution contains no raw URLs or free-text campaign details; withdrawing consent clears it from the current browser session. Attribution already submitted remains part of the private inquiry.

Media and local settings

The reel and audio samples are hosted with this website. Vimeo’s player loads only when you choose Play film; Vimeo then receives connection information such as your IP address and browser details. The player is requested in do-not-track mode. Vimeo privacy information.

Your privacy and reduced-motion preferences are saved on your device. Owner sign-in uses Sites authentication. Spam safeguards use a short-lived form token, a bot-trap field and hashed rate-limit counters. Counters expire after 24 hours and are removed on subsequent inquiry requests. The server does not fetch links submitted in an inquiry.

Retention and requests

No fixed inquiry retention period or automatic inquiry deletion is currently in place. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you provided. We will review requests across the inquiry database, email copies and exports. A deletion from active records does not immediately erase historical backup copies; any restoration must account for completed deletion requests.
