Show the difference
A commercial or customer story can connect the offering to a real use, need or experience.

START WITH THE AUDIENCE
When a service is difficult to explain, another long description can leave people with the same questions. We start with what your audience needs to understand, then find the people, experiences and scenes that make the value tangible. A focused story gives the production its direction.

FINISHED WORK
Selected work from beyond Frederick shows two approaches: customer interviews that make a product tangible, and a recruitment story built around the care mission.
CUSTOMER STORY / PRODUCT FILM
Give prospective buyers something concrete to evaluate.
Imagine Screens needed prospective buyers to understand its product through customers’ experiences and real installations. We filmed interviews at Lakewood Church in Houston and Fellowship Church in Dallas, connecting those voices with the screens in use.
Imagine Screens commissioned the film; the churches are featured customer locations.

“I’ve been working with Allen Hurley from The Audio Suite for over 8 years now. Allen’s writers come up with ideas and script that are second to none, and the quality of his videos/commercials the same quality you see from many fortune 500 companies that advertise on TV. He is super detailed and fair on his pricing for the amount of effort he puts in. I recommend Allen every chance I get.”

PLAN FOR THE PLACEMENT
The main film should answer an audience question. Supporting versions should carry that idea into the places people will encounter it. We plan interviews, supporting scenes and framing with the intended website, campaign and social placements in mind.
Find specific voices and experiences, then connect them through purposeful editing, picture and sound.
Develop the concept, writing, casting or interview approach around the response you want to encourage.
Work alongside your agency or marketing team on an individual brief or recurring production needs. Partnerships can support campaigns beyond this region.

A CLEAR PATH
Share the people you need to reach and what they need to understand. We agree the message, approach, scope and intended placements.
Plan the interviews, casting, locations and supporting scenes with your team. Thoughtful direction, lighting and sound help the people and message come through.
Bring the story together through editing, color and sound. Review it at the agreed stages, then deliver the main film and supporting versions planned for its release.

Not necessarily. For an interview-led film, we plan clear questions that make room for specific, natural experiences. The conversation informs the story; editing and supporting scenes connect the useful perspectives.
