Bring the mission into view
Connect recruitment and organizational messages to the people doing the work.

MARTINSBURG · EASTERN PANHANDLE, WEST VIRGINIA
Help the right people recognize your mission, understand your work or become part of the next chapter. We create recruitment campaigns, commercial films and interview-led stories for organizations in Martinsburg and the Eastern Panhandle.
Washington County, Maryland-based. Serving Martinsburg and the Eastern Panhandle.
START WITH THE AUDIENCE
A recruitment message has to feel relevant to the person considering the role. An anniversary film has to find a shared story across many voices. We help identify the experiences that reveal your purpose, then shape them into a film people can follow and feel.

FINISHED WORK
The strongest introduction is the work itself: a recruitment campaign for Hospice of the Panhandle and an interview-driven anniversary film for Airborne Church in Martinsburg.
NURSE RECRUITMENT CAMPAIGN
Help nurses see a place where their work matters.
During a difficult period for attracting and retaining nursing staff, Hospice of the Panhandle needed qualified applicants to understand its work and care mission. Produced in collaboration with Transcend, One Purpose connects that mission to staff perspectives and the care they help provide.
Hospice of the Panhandle’s main office is in Kearneysville, serving the Eastern Panhandle.

Twenty years. Many voices. One shared story.
Airborne Church in Martinsburg wanted to mark its twentieth anniversary through the people and experiences that shaped it. We found the connecting thread across interviews, bringing individual memories into a cohesive film through meaningful B-roll, editing and sound.

“I’ve been working with Allen Hurley from The Audio Suite for over 8 years now. Allen’s writers come up with ideas and script that are second to none, and the quality of his videos/commercials the same quality you see from many fortune 500 companies that advertise on TV. He is super detailed and fair on his pricing for the amount of effort he puts in. I recommend Allen every chance I get.”

PLAN FOR THE PLACEMENT
A mission-focused film can introduce who you are. A recruitment campaign can help applicants understand the work. An event film can create an invitation. We plan each around its audience and distribution, including shorter edits and social or vertical versions when the brief calls for them.
Writing, interviews and appropriate performances support the message you need to communicate.
Collaborate with your agency or internal marketing team, agreeing responsibilities and review stages.
Individual projects and ongoing production or postproduction support can build understanding of your organization and standards.

A CLEAR PATH
Agree the audience, goal and creative approach. Develop the concept, writing or interview plan around what people need to understand, feel or do.
Organize locations, interviews, casting and appropriate collaborators. Lighting, art direction and sound recording support the story while the filming plan accounts for your workplace.
Bring the story together through editing, color and sound. Review it at agreed stages and deliver the main film and supporting versions planned for your distribution.
Yes. We can start with the audience and the change you want to encourage, then develop the concept and script together. Your knowledge of the organization informs the story; writing, casting and art direction give a commercial its premise and performance.
We guide the conversation with clear questions and space for specific experiences. The aim is a natural account, rather than asking everyone to recite a script. We plan the setting, lighting and sound so they can focus on the conversation.
Yes. Bring your creative direction, brand requirements and distribution plan, and tell us where you need support. We agree responsibilities and review stages with your team. Individual assignments and ongoing production or postproduction collaboration are welcome.
We define the approach, filming needs, final versions, investment and review stages before production. Revision expectations and a workable schedule are part of that agreement. Locations, casting, production days and postproduction affect the scope; tell us about any fixed event or campaign dates early.
We plan access, interview times, safety requirements and the scenes needed with your team. That helps us organize the shoot around the work taking place. Let us know which spaces, activities or information must stay out of the film.
Yes. We plan a main film and shorter edits around the intended placements. Vertical and social versions need deliberate framing, content and pacing; they are more than a crop of the main film. We agree the versions and captioned release needs as part of the production plan.
Yes. Based in Washington County, Maryland, we serve Martinsburg and the Eastern Panhandle, with regional filming across West Virginia, Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania. We plan the actual locations and travel needs around the project.
One Purpose addressed Hospice of the Panhandle’s nursing recruitment challenge in collaboration with Transcend.
